אנו מחפשים רפרנט/ית תביעות פרט מנוסה ומסור/ה להצטרף לסוכנות ביטוח ופיננסים מובילה. תפקיד זה הוא לב ליבה של מערכת היחסים שלנו עם הלקוחות, ומאפשר לך להשפיע באופן ישיר על חווית השירות שלהם ברגעים קריטיים. כחלק מצוות שירות הלקוחות הדינמי שלנו, תהיה/י אחראי/ת על ניהול מקיף של תהליכי תביעות בתחום ביטוחי פרט. תעבוד/י מול מגוון חברות ביטוח ובתי השקעות, תוך שימוש במערכות מידע מתקדמות, ותספק/י ליווי מקצועי ואישי ללקוחותינו. תחומי האחריות: ניהול וביצוע מלא של תהליכי טיפול בתביעות ביטוחי פרט, מתחילתם ועד סופם. איסוף, בדיקה וארגון של מסמכים רלוונטיים לתביעה מול הלקוחות וחברות הביטוח. עבודה שוטפת ומתואמת מול כלל חברות הביטוח ובתי ההשקעות הרלוונטיים. מתן שירות וליווי מקצועי, אישי ואמפתי ללקוחות לאורך כל תהליך התביעה. מעקב שוטף אחר התקדמות הטיפול בתביעות, עד לסיום מוצלח וסגירת התיק. עדכון והזנה מדויקת של נתונים במערכות המידע הפנימיות של הסוכנות. אנו מציעים סביבת עבודה תומכת ומאתגרת, עם הזדמנויות רבות ללמידה והתפתחות מקצועית בתחום הביטוח והפיננסים, וכן תרבות ארגונית המעודדת מצוינות ושירותיות.
