אנו מחפשים ראש/ת צוות תוכנה מנוסה ונלהב/ה להוביל את אחד מצוותי הפיתוח המרכזיים שלנו. התפקיד מהווה הזדמנות ייחודית להשפיע על פיתוח מוצרים חדשניים בליבת הפעילות של החברה, תוך עבודה בסביבה טכנולוגית מתקדמת ודינמית. הצוות שלנו פועל במתודולוגיית Agile , מתמודד עם אתגרי סקייל וביצועים, ומפתח פתרונות מורכבים בטכנולוגיות .NET Core , C# ופלטפורמות ענן (Azure/AWS). תהיה/תהי אחראי/ת על הנחיה מקצועית של מפתחים, תכנון ארכיטקטוני וקידוד בפועל. תחומי האחריות: הובלה מקצועית וניהול יומיומי של צוות מפתחי תוכנה. הנחיה וליווי חברי/ות הצוות בפיתוח, עיצוב ובדיקות. תכנון, עיצוב ופיתוח פיצ'רים ומערכות חדשות מקצה לקצה. אחריות על איכות הקוד, ביצועי המערכת ויישום מתודולוגיות פיתוח מתקדמות. ביצוע Code Reviews והטמעת פרקטיקות פיתוח מיטביות. שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם Product Managers וצוותי פיתוח אחרים. אנו מציעים סביבת עבודה מאתגרת ותומכת, המעודדת למידה מתמדת ופיתוח אישי ומקצועי. Requirements: 5+ שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה בצד שרת (Backend) ב- C# ו- .NET . 2+ שנות ניסיון בהובלה וניהול של צוותי פיתוח תוכנה. ניסיון מוכח בתכנון ועיצוב ארכיטקטורות תוכנה מורכבות. הבנה מעמיקה וניסיון בעבודה עם עקרונות OOP ו- Design Patterns . ניסיון בפיתוח מול בסיסי נתונים יחסיים (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) ו/או NoSQL. ניסיון בעבודה עם שירותי ענן ( Azure או AWS ). היכרות עם מתודולוגיות Agile/Scrum. תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב/הנדסת תוכנה או תחום רלוונטי - יתרון משמעותי. for more jobs visit out jobs pages https://www.jobsseek.info/jobs למשרות נוספות בקרו בעמוד המשרות באתר שלנו
