This hybrid role involves both remote and frequent onsite engagement within the DACH region. Responsibilities: Develop and support advanced motion control applications for real-time multi-axis systems, both onsite and remotely. Commission complex systems, diagnose intricate issues, and lead solutions from problem identification to resolution. Prepare and deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers and partners. Provide expert technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams on our motion control solutions. Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to enhance product features and contribute to new solution definitions. Create impactful technical content, including application notes, white papers, and technical articles. Join a collaborative and agile team with a clear development path, offering significant autonomy and continuous learning opportunities to become a high-precision motion control expert. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar motion-control-related field. Proven engineering experience at an OEM or system integrator working with motion control products. Strong programming proficiency in C, C++, C#, VB/.NET, scripting languages , or text-based motion controller languages. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently in customer-facing environments. Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
