This pivotal role ensures the highest quality standards are maintained across our manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will lead a dedicated QC team, overseeing quality from incoming materials inspection to final product verification. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical (and preferably electronic) components, statistical process control, and international quality standards to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors. Oversee comprehensive inspections of mechanical and electronic components, products, and assemblies. Implement and enforce international quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 . Investigate customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions. Conduct supplier audits and lead quality improvement processes with external partners. Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) .
