We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader to join our growing team in Yavne. This pivotal role ensures the highest quality standards are maintained across our manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will lead a dedicated QC team, overseeing quality from incoming materials inspection to final product verification. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical (and preferably electronic) components, statistical process control, and international quality standards to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors. Oversee comprehensive inspections of mechanical and electronic components, products, and assemblies. Implement and enforce international quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 . Investigate customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions. Conduct supplier audits and lead quality improvement processes with external partners. Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) . Familiarity with RoHS and REACH compliance is a plus. Experience handling all quality standards with testing institutes (Israel and internationally).
