We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VIP Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our valued clients, including account managers, accountants, business representatives, and accounting consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP clientele, offering exceptional service and technical expertise. You will be responsible for guiding users through our system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting (single-entry to double-entry bookkeeping) - **Required**
- Significant experience providing technical support for a software or technology product - **Highly Preferred**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew (native fluency required)
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of daily inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively and prioritizing workload
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise documentation, including knowledge base articles
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet SLAs
- Desire for long-term career growth and continuous learning
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems - **Advantageous**
- Familiarity with online accounting, financial management, business management, and integrations - **Advantageous**
