אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת פרויקטים גלובליים מוכשר/ת ובעל/ת ניסיון להובלת תהליכי פיתוח מוצר חדש (NPI) בתעשיית הרכב. הזדמנות ייחודית להשפיע על מוצרים חדשניים מהשלב הרעיוני ועד לייצור סדרתי במפעלים ברחבי העולם. בתפקיד זה, תוביל/י ממשקים מרובים עם צוותי הנדסה, שיווק, איכות ורכש בארץ ובחו"ל, תוך ניהול לו"זים, תקציבים וסיכונים. העבודה כוללת שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם לקוחות גלובליים ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומאתגרת. תחומי אחריות עיקריים: הובלה וניהול מחזור חיי פרויקטי NPI מתחילתם ועד ייצור סדרתי גלובלי. ניהול לו"זים, תקציבים ומשאבים תוך עמידה ביעדים ובאבני דרך. תקשורת שוטפת וניהול ממשקים מול לקוחות, צוותי הנדסה, ייצור וספקים ברחבי העולם. זיהוי וניהול סיכונים בפרויקט, כולל טיפול בשינויים הנדסיים (ECO/ECR). הבטחת עמידה בתקני איכות ורגולציה מחמירים של תעשיית הרכב. הצגת דוחות סטטוס ועדכונים שוטפים להנהלה הבכירה. הצטרפ/י אלינו לסביבת עבודה חדשנית המציעה אתגרים מקצועיים והזדמנויות רבות לצמיחה והתפתחות אישית וארגונית. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader to join our growing team in Yavne. This pivotal role ensures the highest quality standards are maintained across our manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will lead a dedicated QC team, overseeing quality from incoming materials inspection to final product verification. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical (and preferably electronic) components, statistical process control, and international quality standards to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors. Oversee comprehensive inspections of mechanical and electronic components, products, and assemblies. Implement and enforce international quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 . Investigate customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions. Conduct supplier audits and lead quality improvement processes with external partners. Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) . Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a QC Inspector for mechanical products, with 2+ years in a leadership role . Proven experience with electronic products is a strong advantage. Extensive knowledge of CNC machined parts, mechanical assemblies, and surface treatments . Proficiency in using various measuring tools and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) . In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawings and specifications (ISO 406) and ISO 9001:2015 standards . Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk). Familiarity with RoHS and REACH compliance is a plus. Experience handling all quality standards with testing institutes (Israel and internationally).
