We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our desktop platform.
This is a key role combining product strategy, user research, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with direct impact on millions of gamers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap based on deep user understanding and market research
Gather requirements, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and lead end-to-end product development
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams
Manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and maintain the product backlog
Measure and analyze product success using defined KPIs
Continuously research gaming industry trends and loyalty systems
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong B2C background — mandatory
Proven experience leading and launching digital products; gaming or loyalty experience is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of UX principles — mandatory
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, including A/B testing — mandatory
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
