We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Control Applications Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and support of high-performance, real-time motion systems, contributing to cutting-edge solutions for our diverse clientele.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative R&D and successful customer deployments, tackling complex technical challenges across multi-axis motion programming and system optimization. This hybrid role involves both remote and frequent onsite engagement within the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support advanced motion control applications for real-time multi-axis systems, both onsite and remotely.
- Commission complex systems, diagnose intricate issues, and lead solutions from problem identification to resolution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers and partners.
- Provide expert technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams on our motion control solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to enhance product features and contribute to new solution definitions.
- Create impactful technical content, including application notes, white papers, and technical articles.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar motion-control-related field.
- Proven engineering experience at an OEM or system integrator working with motion control products.
- Strong programming proficiency in C, C++, C#, VB/.NET, scripting languages, or text-based motion controller languages.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently in customer-facing environments.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel within the DACH region, with occasional overnight stays.
