Associate Attorney - High-Tech Department (Post-Clerkship)

A leading law firm seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our thriving High-Tech Department. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (post-clerkship) with up to two years of experience. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior associates on a diverse range of high-profile matters, gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.), client communication, and participation in legal proceedings. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements:
- LL.M degree from a reputable law school.
- Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
- 0-2 years of post-clerkship experience (preferably in high-tech law).
- Excellent command of Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated interest in technology law and intellectual property is a plus.
