Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze programmatic campaign performance to lead monetization automation initiatives.
- Drive business development by actively recruiting and onboarding new advertising partners.
- Ensure exceptional client and customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
- Design and execute A/B tests to refine and optimize monetization strategies effectively.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline programmatic operations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements, leveraging robust analytical data insights.
- Initiate and lead new projects aimed at driving significant revenue growth for the platform.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, demonstrating a strong track record.
- Mandatory familiarity with key programmatic concepts: RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Proven experience with data analysis and the ability to effectively handle large datasets.
- Experience across various monetization fields: Push Notifications, Display, Banners, Video, and Native (advantageous).
- Fluent/native proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and communication, with a proactive approach.
